We put a Key Account Manager on the job
Right from the start we allocate a recruitment specialist to deal with all your staffing needs. This individual will have an in-depth knowledge of your industry sector and will be fully briefed on your organisation. The Key Account Manager will initially meet with you and once you are satisfied for them to represent your company and fully brief them on your requirements, the recruitment process can begin.
Database – We use a combination of Talent Sourcing Methods. Using our state of the art recruitment software, we trawl our own extensive database to retrieve the best talent for the position on offer.
Advertising – We use all the relevant media to advertise positions for our clients – online and offline advertising.
Head Hunting – We have a very extensive network and when we are looking for someone with particular credentials we put this network into action on your behalf.
