About the Employer:

Our client, a busy family run Auctioneers, and Estate Agents specializing in Dublin Sales & Lettings are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar work environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Experience in using Xero would be advantageous but not essential
  • Proficiency in the English Language, written and verbal
  • An ability to work on their own initiative

As an Accounts Assistant your duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Process sales invoices and credit notes
  • Liaise with clients via email and telephone
  • Assist with credit collection and clients in relation to outstanding invoices
  • Produce aged debtors listing and statements
  • Carry out monthly bank reconciliations
  • General reporting
  • Record income and expenditure, tenant, client and lease details
  • Deal with tenant and client queries by phone and email and resolve where possible
  • Support and assist other members of the accounts team
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
