This role will be based in North Dublin and requires an experienced individual to join this already extremely successful team to boost sales and ensure the smooth running of the branch. The Successful Candidate:
- You must have production experience
- You must have experience in a similar managerial position
- Experience of a busy production unit
- You must have excellent product knowledge and excellent knowledge of the construction industry, in particular carpentry/joinery
- You must be IT literate, particularly with strong knowledge of MS Exel and MS Word
As Branch Manager (Timber Products) your duties & responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Group Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running and development of the unit
- Developing strategies with the Division Managers and Branch Managers to ensure the maximisation of profit
- Ensure that customer satisfaction is guaranteed at all times by all staff members through face to face and via telephone sales
- Manage administration for the unit
- Set an enthusiastic example for all team members daily
- Ensure the unit policies and standards are met at all times
