About the Employer:

Achievers Resource Solutions are excited to be recruiting a Business Development Manager for our client, a thriving and long-established construction company whose head office is in Dublin but who also have offices in Cork and Belfast. This company have been in operation for over 20 years and have thrived and continue to do so. They now urgently require a Business Development Manager to join sales department of the business at this busy time in the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join a busy team and to take their career to the next level.

The Successful Candidate:

  • You must have a solid experience and have a proven sales track record in a similar role
  • You must have extensive experience within the construction industry
  • You will have excellent lead generation, client relationship management, business development and negotiation skills
  • You must have strong analytical, problem-solving and IT skills
  • You will be able to work independently and as part of a team

 As Business Development Manager your duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Help develop and implement the sales strategy for the company
  • Develop leads into new business for the company
  • Maintain excellent relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Ensure clients are up to date on new products and developments within the product range for the business
  • Maintain relationships with new and existing clients at senior level to ensure you and the rest of the sales team are engaging with and growing the professional network for the company
  • Ensure the product catalogue is always updated and in line with current trends
  • Ensure the CRM is continually updated by all members of the sales team
