About the Employer:

Our client, a large and very successful FMCG company is looking for a target-driven and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join their team. This company offers endless opportunities for career growth and development.

As Business Development Manager, your duties & responsibilities will include:

  • To develop a business growth plan for the group
  • To target potential new customers
  • To create and maintain a client database
  • To work with and meet all sales targets
  • To build strong relationship with existing clients
  • To understand the current market and develop your sales plan accordingly
  • To be responsible for sales, debt, margin & profit
  • To deliver monthly sales reports

The Successful Candidate:

  • You must have a minimum of 3 years previous Business Development experience
  • Experience in FMCG industry is essential
  • You are focused and driven by sales
  • You work to deadlines and targets
  • You have excellent relationship building skills
  • You are commercial aware
  • You have excellent communication skills
