Business Development Manager
About the Employer:
Our client, a large and very successful FMCG company is looking for a target-driven and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join their team. This company offers endless opportunities for career growth and development.
As Business Development Manager, your duties & responsibilities will include:
- To develop a business growth plan for the group
- To target potential new customers
- To create and maintain a client database
- To work with and meet all sales targets
- To build strong relationship with existing clients
- To understand the current market and develop your sales plan accordingly
- To be responsible for sales, debt, margin & profit
- To deliver monthly sales reports
The Successful Candidate:
- You must have a minimum of 3 years previous Business Development experience
- Experience in FMCG industry is essential
- You are focused and driven by sales
- You work to deadlines and targets
- You have excellent relationship building skills
- You are commercial aware
- You have excellent communication skills
