About the Employer:

Our client, a non-profit organisation, is currently recruiting an experienced HR Generalist to join their HR team to deliver an effective and efficient HR Service to all levels of staff applying a consistent and professional approach on all related matters and participating fully as a member of the HR Team.

The Successful Candidate:

  • You must have a Relevant third level qualification in HR and preferably CIPD membership
  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ HR Generalist experience
  • You have a thorough knowledge of Employment Legislation and its application
  • You are a performance-driven individual who works well within a team setting
  • You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence people at all levels
  • You have strong IT Skills, Microsoft Skills, Knowledge of HR Salesforce System would be an advantage
  • A full clean driving licence is required

As HR Generalist, some of your duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support and advice in line with best practice to all levels of staff on organisational policies and procedures including employee handbook
  • Working closely with the HR Business Partner to prepare, develop and administrate HR company policies and procedures
  • Providing support in relation to the recruitment and selection process from advertising to the appointment of staff in accordance with HR Policies & Procedures
  • Managing all aspects of time and attendance, including sick and annual leave providing advice and support to staff at all levels for the same
  • Being responsible for developing/maintaining a comprehensive system of HR records on Salesforce and to provide information/reports from the system as required
  • Dealing with the day-to-day HR queries that arise
  • Researching, preparing and maintaining all relevant HR Metrics for the HR Department
  • Following up all fixed term/specified/temporary staff contracts in relation to the renewal of such contracts
