About the Employer:
Our client, a medium-sized manufacturing company, requires an experienced HR Manager to support their growing business. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small HR team and liaising with stakeholders to support the business objectives. This is an exciting and challenging role suitable for a dynamic, ambitious and experienced HR professional.
As an HR Manager, your duties & responsibilities will include:
- Taking full responsibility for the HR function of the business, ensuring that HR practices and procedures are adhered to in line with legislative requirements.
- Coaching and supporting managers through various HR processes, including Performance Management, Career Development, Compensation and Benefits and Employee Relations.
- Managing HR Projects and initiatives, devising implementation plans and managing associated change within the business.
- Co-ordinating and delivering training programmes and supporting the key stakeholders
- On-going management of the recruitment process.
- Managing employee relations with a view to optimising employee engagement and retention.
- Liaising with colleges and universities to attract graduates to the company.
The Successful Candidate:
- Will have a minimum of 7 year’s HR experience
- Will have a Third level HR Degree and be a CIPD Member
- Will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and disciplined.
