Our client, an award-winning payroll outsource provider has a vacancy for an ISO Management Representative with proven Payroll experience in a practice/payroll bureau or a similar environment. Must have experience of ISO9001

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of Payroll experience in a Practice/Industry/Internal Audit Environment
  • ISO 9001/2015 Quality Management System experience
  • Experience in Sage Micro pay, Megapay or similar
  • Advanced user of MS Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
  • Strong time management, administration and good attention to detail
  • Proven Track record of strong performance in the delivery of service
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a team

As an ISO Management Representative, your duties & responsibilities will include

  • Ensuring that Quality and Information Security Management System Processes are implemented and maintained
  • Ensure company policies, procedures and work instructions are managed and maintained
  • Identifying, managing and improving potential areas of weakness, risk or non-compliance within the payroll processing area
  • Communicate and consult with Senior Management, the Payroll team and supporting roles to effectively operate the Quality and Information security Management system
  • Develop or coordinate the provision of in house training workshops to effectively communicate updated processes
  • Manage and review internal KPI’s with the Payroll Operations Manager
  • Preparation and submission of monthly Management reports which relate to company systems, compliance, and internal inspections
  • Controlling and maintaining the companies internal inspection and risk assessment schedules
  • The identification of relevant legislation requirements
  • Communicating and consulting with the Payroll team to research and develop alternative processes, systems and tools
  • Liaising with the Payroll team to ensure the ongoing promotion of clients needs and requirements
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
