Our client, a large International Pharmaceuticals Company is looking for a driven, Field Based National Sales Manager to lead their sales team. This company offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development as well as a competitive salary.


As National Sales Manager, your duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a sales team, developing and setting KPI’s
  • Monitoring performance of the sales team to ensure targets are met
  • Managing Key Accounts, Wholesalers and Private Customers nationwide
  • Developing New Business
  • Planning, forecasting and budgeting for sales
  • Keeping on track of market trends, analysis of same
  • Managing Trade Shows in Ireland and UK

The Successful Candidate:

  • You must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience Managing a Sales team
  • You have knowledge of Animal Healthcare/ Pharmaceuticals
  • You have excellent motivating and leadership skills
  • You have excellent relationship building skills
  • You are highly organised with excellent planning and time management skills
  • You have a Full Clean Driving License
