About the Employer:
Our client, a successful supplier to the construction industry in the UK and Ireland is looking for a motivated and experienced accounts assistant to join their team.

 

 Benefits:

  • €33,000-€35,000 annual salary DOE
  • Bike to work scheme
  • Pension after 6 months
  • Healthcare after 6 months

  The Successful Candidate:

  • You have a relevant Payroll or Finance qualification, eg. IPASS
  • You have a minimum of two years current payroll processing experience
  • You have accountants assistant experience
  • You are proficient in excel and payroll applications
  • You work well as part of a team
  • You have excellent communication skills to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

 

As a Payroll Administrator/Accounts Assistant some of your duties & responsibilities will        include:

  • Processing payrolls for a high volume of employees
  • Responding in a timely manner to all employee and management payroll queries
  • Liaising with HR teams in relation to employee updates & information
  • Maintaining records and administration of new and past employees
  • Providing UK payroll information to external payroll processors
  • Managing payroll workflows to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
