About the Employer:
Our Client, one of Ireland’s biggest financial firms, is recruiting a Procurement Assistant to help support the procurement team with its daily functions. As a Procurement Assistant, your duties & responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the development of requests for proposals or information.
- Liaising with suppliers- following up on RFPs and RFIs, quotes, and delivery times.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Processing invoices.
- Onboarding of department suppliers.
- General administration.
The Successful Candidate:
- You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administration position.
- You will have excellent experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- You will have excellent numerical skills.
- You will have excellent organizational and document-control skills.
- You will have the ability to work on your own initiative.
