Sales Administrator (Italian/French Speaking)                        

About the Employer:

Our client, a well-established Manufacturing Company based in Dublin, is looking for a technically minded Sales Administrator to join their team. This company have been in operation for over 60 years and are thriving. There is an attractive salary and career progression on offer for the successful candidate.

As a Sales Administrator, your duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Ensuring orders are dealt with and completed in a timely manner
  • Ensuring stock levels are adequate to complete sales orders
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records on CRM
  • Develop sales reports
  • Providing technical product information to customers
  • Attend all sales meetings
  • Assist the sales representatives internally when they are offsite
  • Translation of brochures and materials
  • Sales presentations
  • Attendance of trade shows

The Successful Candidate:

  • You must be fluent in Italian or French
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable
  • You must be technically minded
  • You must be an excellent multi-tasker and highly organised
  • You must have strong IT Skills
  • You must be an excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team
