About the Employer:

Our client, a multi-national, matrix organisation, is currently recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to provide proactive support, advice and solutions to the business across a number of geographic locations.

As Senior HR Business Partner, some of your duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of the HR strategy
  • Identifying priorities and developing plans and initiatives to support the business strategy
  • Building, developing and maintaining effective, relationships of a strategic nature with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the HR agenda
  • Collaborating, coaching and guiding all levels of management
  • Collaborating with other HR functional areas to deliver relevant HR services and interventions
  • Positively driving the company culture, ensuring that values and behaviours are embedded throughout the organisation
  • Actively developing new, and building on existing, employee engagement initiatives
  • Driving the Performance Management and Development process to promote a high-performance culture
  • Supporting the development and implementation of effective HR policies and procedures
  • Driving continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation in all relevant jurisdictions
  • Case managing employee relations issues, including complex and high-profile cases, providing expert advice on employment legislation
  • Proactively delivering timely and accurate management information
  • Effectively managing multiple projects / work streams, balancing with operational HR activities
  • Coaching and mentoring less experienced team members

The Successful Candidate:

  • You have a HR Degree or a post graduate qualification in Human Resources
  • You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role, preferably in a fast paced, multi-national, matrix organisation
  • You have experience managing a diverse range of stakeholders, with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • You have extensive knowledge of employment legislation and demonstrable experience in successfully managing complex employee relations issues
