The Successful candidate will have:

  • Proven strong experience in PPM, Reactive Planning, CMMS Systems, and technician engagement.
  • Be customer focused, delivering of an excellent service to meet and exceed client’s expectations
  • Have professional and excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High degree of IT literacy, experience using MS Office suite, MS Office project and Busines Management Platforms
  • Have a good attention to detail
  • Proven ability to produce clear and concise written reports and present to a diverse stakeholder group
  • Be a strong team player
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational skills

As a Service Desk Lead Planner your duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that all service desks are of the highest level of compliance and quality standards
  • Work alongside the Operations Manager and support the Technicians with the day to day delivery of services
  • Ensuring all technical tasks, both PPM and Reactive are received and logged from customers or the CMMS system. Ensure PO’s or approvals are received, and assigned to technicians for completion and closed out effectively  with feedback provided to customers
  • Being proactive in developing customer relations
  • Working effectively within the team to accomplish goals
  • Provide the day to day planning and scheduling of all work carried out by the Technical team and contract service providers
  • Take responsibility for the release and issue PPM’s on a weekly / monthly basis
  • Compiling and maintaining robust PPM’s through the change control system
  • Take responsibility for maintenance of the integrity of information within the CMMS for completeness and correctness
  • Take responsibility for maintaining accurate supporting documents
  • Monitoring and reporting on the WIP-flow-completion of Reactive Task and PPM’s
  • Responsibility for producing reports as and when required and assisting in the compilation of data for KPI’s
  • Responsibility for the documentation maintained to ISO 9001 standards
  • Responsibility for maintenance of the CMMS System
  • Following safe systems of work and eliminate or reduce risk
  • Proactive Management of the Service Desk
  • Technician resource planning including holiday management
  • Play a key role in crisis management, BDP and DR support
  • Attending of monthly meetings to review goals with Operations Manager
  • Ensuring hand over reports are complete for each quarter
  • Any other ad hoc duties which may arise as needed.
