Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Employer:

Due to growth and expansion, our client is currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manger. With a workforce from over 30 countries, you will help define and execute the talent acquisition strategy and execution for EMEA and APAC markets. You will lead a team of recruiting and sourcing professionals and work closely with leaders to drive world class recruiting practices and strategies.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required; master’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years professional work experience ideally with volume, seasonal and multilingual recruiting and hiring, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
  • Experience within a contact centre environment preferred
  • Prior experience in project management preferred
  • Prior experience in managing outsourced recruiting and hiring agencies, resources, and systems, with demonstrated negotiation skills
  • Superior communications skills and ability to work with a diverse employee group Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Preferably includes: Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

As Talent Acquisition Manager some of your duties will include:

  • Develop recruitment strategies to ensure the organization has a talent network made up of best in industry resources, including passive talent, with an understanding of seasonal/volume multilingual recruitment within the industry
  • Define, track and analyse practical talent acquisition metrics and reporting methods related to the recruitment process in order to monitor and improve performance
  • Partner with senior leaders, divisional managers, and human resources to understand and identify talent acquisition needs and opportunities
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to the talent acquisition team with a focus on being consultative and strategic to the business while raising the bar of recruiting performance
  • Manage outsourced recruiting and hiring agencies, resources and budget
  • Manage corporate recruiting and hiring directly as required
  • Develop social media and event based recruiting opportunities to include campus recruitment programme
  • Act as a skilled problem solver and facilitator in final negotiations
