About the Employer:

Our client, a global FMCG company, is currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager to be responsible for all the recruitment and talent acquisition needs of the business, whilst developing a true business partnering approach with internal and external stakeholders globally.

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, your duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver effective recruitment strategies
  • Building effective long-term partnering relationships, aligned to the strategic drivers of the business
  • Defining and managing end to end recruitment process through both direct sourcing and with external agency partners, ensuring an efficient and cost-effective recruitment process
  • Designing, implementing and managing a multi-country PSL (Preferred Supplier List
  • Creating and elevating the EVP (Employer Value Proposition), to maintain an employer of choice position
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to maximise internal talent mobility opportunities
  • Working with the wider HR Team to ensure all Hiring Managers are equipped, trained and competent in the participation of recruitment campaigns
  • Owning and coordinating the Induction process for all new employees and internal moves
  • Using recruitment metrics to produce reports and identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience, at all touch points throughout the recruitment process

The Successful Candidate:

  • You have a relevant third level degree
  • You have demonstrable Business Partnering experience, gained within an in-house or MSP recruiting environment
  • You have experience in leading EVP or employment brand initiatives
  • You have a good working knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and proficient in the use of talent and online platforms, job boards and social media
  • You are flexible and willing to travel internationally as required
