Our client, a hotel located in County Wexford urgently requires a Wedding and Events Coordinator to join their sales team. The successful candidate will become part of a well-established hotel which is surrounded by stunning views and which is easily accessible, ensuring the hotel is thriving all year round. The Successful Candidate:

  • You will have experience in a similar role
  • You must have a customer satisfaction focused attitude
  • You must have a professional attitude and telephone manner
  • You must have a solid track record in sales and hitting targets
  • You must be confident in the entire sales process
  • Experience in the hospitality industry would be advantageous


As Wedding and Events Coordinator your duties & responsibilities will include:


  • Managing the entire wedding/event process and boost sales for the hotel
  • Developing new business through social media platforms, by phone and through events
  • Manage administration of weddings/events bookings and liaise with other areas within the hotel to ensure smooth running of said events
  • Manage any enquiries that may arise
  • Nurture relationships with both existing and new clients
  • Liaise with the company director and suggest areas of improvement to increase profit
  • Attend shows when required to represent the hotel accordingly
